Our upstream provider is actively investigating the outage affecting **wireless customers** as well as **Openserve fibre customers**, as this appears to be a broader issue. Mar 2, 08:32:04 GMT+0 - Identified - Our upstream provider has identified the cause of the outage as an issue at a major routing point in **Kimberley**. They are actively working to resolve the issue and restore full service.

Further updates will be provided as progress is made. Mar 2, 08:38:47 GMT+0 - Monitoring - Services are coming back online, and we are actively monitoring the network to ensure stability and consistent performance.
