    Our wireless internet service has been fully prestored following the replacement of the affected equipment feeding power to the highsite. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused during this period.

    The affected power equipment has been replaced, and the site is back online. We will continue monitoring to ensure the repairs are successful and that the site operates as before.

    Our technicians currently have the site running on a generator until we are able to replace the affected equipement. We expect to have it back to normal by this afternoon.

    A small outage is expected when replacing the affected equipement.

    Our tehcnicians have identified that the cause of the disruption is due to power affecting our network facilities. Efforts are underway to restore power to the networking equipment and stabilize network opertaion.

    We have observed that services are restored and the highsite came back online. We will continue to monitor the highsite. We are still busy to investigate what the cause for the outage is.

    We have received notice from Evotel that all Evotel fiber services in Upington have been fully restored.

    We have observed that services in Upington on Evotel's fiber have been restored. However, we have not yet received an update from Evotel regarding the outage.

    We will provide further updates as soon as we notice any changes or receive information from Evotel.
